Dramacube Productions provides students aged 7-14yrs & 14yrs+ with an opportunity to perform in full scale musical theatre shows at impressive theatres in and around the Richmond borough.
Inspired by a talented team of performing arts professionals, students participating in our productions will be guided and supported in their own development as young performers.
Our shows are carefully selected to ensure students experience a diverse range of musical theatre styles, maximizing the opportunity to enhance skills in acting, singing and dance. We work with leading licensing agents for musicals, to ensure the scripts our students work on are inspired by commercially successful shows but written specifically for young people.
Being part of one of our productions will be of enormous value to any young person, helping them to grow in confidence and develop social skills whilst working with a team of like-minded individuals. For those who aspire to a career in musical theater, the experience of working with us will act as a further stepping stone in their performance training, providing them with the platform required to become well rounded performers.
Students joining us for a production will participate in two weeks of workshops at the start of term, where they will be asked to learn a basic dance routine, participate in singing lessons and present short group scenes from the show.
On week three, roles in the show will be allocated based on the first two weeks of workshops. All children who have been offered a place on the project will have a role in the show.
In addition we hold 3-day Easter and Summer holiday workshops themed around popular musicals. These workshops are held at theatres in Hampton Hill and Twickenham, with students working towards a performance under the lights on the afternoon of day 3.
You can book a two-week taster for our Musical Theatre Productions. Should your child wish to join the cast we will endeavour to offer them a place in their preferred group, but this will be subject to availability.
We offer places based on the number of roles in the production to ensure all children are fully involved throughout the project.
If we cannot offer your child a place in their preferred cast we will offer an alternative cast or a place on the next project.
