As a parent, I feel your pain and panic as time is running out to book Local Kids Clubs & Workshops for the summer holidays.  Well, look no further as today’s blog will give you a quick rundown of what’s going on in Hampton Hill and the surrounding areas this summer.

Local Kids Clubs & Workshops-Hampton HillDramacube (4-18yrs)

Following on from the success of our Easter holiday extravaganza, Dramacube are offering an incredible variety of workshops this summer, with something for everyone! Themes include Sing 2, Matilda, Peter Pan & Wendy and Six, with options to do a pick and mix for those who want it all! There will be Musical Theatre Workshops for 4-6yrs & 7-12yrs, as well as Movie-Making Workshops for 7-12yrs and a Youth Theatre Project for 13-18yr olds.  For more info click here!

Hampton Hill Cricket Club (6-13yrs)

As stated on their website, “We will be running a new-look camp this summer, with an increased age range from ages 6-13. We will also be running softball and hardball session to cater for all ages, using our three available nets to focus on improving the Cricket of our colt’s section! As ever, we will be playing multiple sports, and handing out awards to the children demonstrating the values of our camp, Respect, teamwork, resilience and effort.” To find out more click here!

As stated on their website, “Open to all children no experience required. Ages 7-15 years. A three-morning workshop with Ace Art for young people 7-15 years. Explore the art skills of sketching, collage, painting, and 3D construction to create your own Flower Power sculpture portrait. The ability to use scissors required. Orleans Art Gallery- Let’s Get Creative in August (4-11yrs)

As stated on their website, “Join us for a creative family activity. Let’s Get Creative is aimed at families with children aged 4-11 years, though all are welcome.  Sessions are free and run regularly throughout the year.  Specific details for this event, including whether you need to book and how to do this will become available closer to the time. Please be aware that event dates may change closer to the time.  Children must always be accompanied by an adult, at all times.” Click here for more info.
