Annie Jr. Nominated for Best Youth Production!

Annie Jr. Nominated for Best Youth Production!

Congratulations to the Hampton Hill & Sunbury, Twickenham & Teddington and Richmond & Kingston Annie Jr. casts who have been nominated for Best Youth Production as part of the Arts Richmond 2017/18 Swan Awards.

Each season we enter both of our productions for the Arts Richmond Swan Awards and we are absolutely delighted to have received a nomination for Best Youth Production, particularly as we are are judged against groups with students aged up to 19 years old.

This nomination is a tribute to the brilliant young performers we are fortunate enough to work with, and to see their hard work and talent recognized in this way is extremely rewarding.

We are very proud of our three young casts on achieving such an excellent production and we hope receiving this nomination will give them all an extra sense of accomplishment.

This nomination is one of an incredible six which we received this year, with five of our actors also being nominated for Best Girl/Boy Performer aged 14 or under.

The Arts Richmond Swan Awards judges see around 240 productions across the Richmond borough each season.  There are up to four nominations for each category so we are thrilled to have been put forward.

The awards ceremony takes place on Sunday 30th September at the Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington when we’ll find out if any of our nominees have been successful in winning an award.  Good luck to them all!
